Green Hub — A circular-economy platform for used cooking oil

A digitized business model spanning the entire chain of collecting and trading used cooking oil (UCO) into biodiesel feedstock — an MBA capstone, complete with roadmap and financials.

Green Hub is a business model I designed for my MBA Capstone project (SWISS UMEF, 2025): turning used cooking oil (UCO) — currently disposed of improperly in Vietnam — into biodiesel feedstock that meets international standards.

At its core is a digital platform (Platform-as-the-Product) that digitizes the whole chain: scheduling pickups, on-the-spot quality inspection, blockchain-based traceability, matching sellers – buyers – transporters, plus an ESG & carbon-credit module.

I applied a full set of analytical frameworks (Porter, VRIO, TAM/SAM/SOM, NPV/IRR financials) to build a complete business system — true to the "Business Systems Builder" spirit at the strategic layer.

Note: this is a business plan, not yet in real operation.
